Bianca Dyon is one of the smiling faces you’ll see when you step into The Academy of Nail Artistry. As part of the admissions team and co-owner of The Master Academy of Barbering alongside her sister Zuri, Bianca brings heart, hospitality, and a genuine love for people to everything she does.
Bianca’s passion lies in helping individuals take their first steps toward a new future. Whether it’s answering questions, guiding new students through the enrollment process, or simply offering a word of encouragement, Bianca is dedicated to making every person feel seen, supported, and excited about their journey.

Zuri Carroll
Zuri Carroll brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to the classroom. A licensed professional since 2012, Zuri has been a driving force in the beauty and grooming industry for over a decade. In 2015, she took her commitment to education to the next level by opening her own barber academy, The Master Academy of Barbering, where she has helped countless students launch successful careers.
Zuri’s favorite part of being an educator is witnessing transformation—watching students grow, refine their skills, and gain the confidence that comes with mastering their craft. Her approach is hands-on, encouraging, and rooted in real-world experience, making her not just a teacher, but a mentor and motivator for anyone ready to step into the world of beauty and barbering.

Chad Walker
With over 16 years in the cosmetology industry and 11 years as a licensed educator, Chad Walker is a true champion of hands-on learning and professional growth. His dedication to the beauty industry is matched only by his passion for education. Chad served as the Director of the Tennessee School of Beauty for 7 years, where he played a key role in shaping the careers of aspiring beauty professionals across the state.
In addition to his leadership in cosmetology education, Chad is the proud owner of the Academy of Permanent Cosmetics, where he continues to set the standard for excellence in advanced training.
Chad believes deeply in the power of education—especially in the trades—and is committed to providing students with the tools, support, and confidence they need to succeed. His enthusiasm, experience, and mentorship have made him a respected and inspiring figure in the industry.
Elizabeth Flatford
With over two decades in the cosmetology industry and more than 18 years as a licensed educator, Elizabeth Flatford brings passion, experience, and purpose to every classroom she steps into. Elizabeth has dedicated herself not only to mastering the craft of cosmetology but also to mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals.
While well-versed in all areas of the beauty industry, Elizabeth has a special love for the nail industry. Her dedication to its growth and recognition has made her a strong advocate for its importance within the broader world of cosmetology.
Elizabeth believes deeply in the transformative power of the beauty industry stating, “The beauty industry has the power to uplift people at any point in their life. The fact that I get to teach students how to continue that tradition is my mission and honor”.
